Building a coupon binder, is a very easy thing to do.
You will need a few things to get started:
3 ring binder
(I started with a 2in binder, but have gone up to a 4in binder)
Baseball card dividers/pocket sleeves
(Use these to hold your coupons)
Index or tabbed dividers

Calculator
(I use the one on my cell phone)
Scissors
(Use these in the store to clip coupons that you find)
Pen or Pencil
Coupons
(How else would you save money without these)
Put this all together and start saving, and create your stockpile!!!
